How claims work
Three resolution tiers.

Replacement is free. Shipping changes after year 2.

Do I have to ship the old cover back?
No. We ask for photos only.
What if I missed the 30-day registration window?
We can still review your case, but coverage is not guaranteed.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my truck?
Yes. The warranty stays with the cover and original order.
What counts as color fading beyond ΔE 5?
It means visibly faded when held next to an unfaded piece of the same cover.
Does this apply to commercial covers?
Yes. Fleet, installer, and co-brand orders get the same base warranty.
