Warranty Policy


Yotruth is committed to providing exceptional quality, and we stand behind our products with a comprehensive warranty. Our warranty extends throughout from the purchase date to one-year, offering coverage for defects resulting from manufacturing. To be eligible for warranty services, the request must be made by the original purchaser, and a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Yotruth dealer must be provided. Please note that items acquired through garage sales or second-hand transactions are not considered original purchases and are not covered under this warranty.

Yotruth does not warrant products for issues arising from normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, lack of maintenance, misuse or neglect, or usage outside of the product's intended purpose. In the event of a valid warranty claim, Yotruth reserves the right to either replace or repair the product at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, a Yotruth credit will be issued.

It is important to understand that, except as explicitly outlined in these terms and conditions, Yotruth is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of a Yotruth product. Our warranties, as described herein, supersede all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

For damages incurred due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidents, repair services are available at a reasonable rate. The processing time for warranty claims typically ranges between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the time of the year.

Yotruth Warranty Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping and insurance charges when sending packages to Yotruth for warranty services. Yotruth, in turn, will cover the cost of ground shipping when returning the warrantied product to customers within the United States. For international shipments, including shipping charges and customs fees to and from Yotruth, the customer assumes responsibility.

Should the customer prefer expedited shipping, any additional costs beyond standard ground delivery are the customer's responsibility. It is advisable to use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for the package, as Yotruth cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
